At the 2021 Guangzhou Auto Show, BYD teamed up with Wuhan e-sports club eStar Pro to launch the BYD Dolphin King of Glory Edition eStarPro team trendy version to create a co-branded version. This model is based on the Dolphin, with the eStarPro team's embroidery added to the body, a rear spoiler and sporty wheels, and the eStarPro team's logo is in the middle of the wheel rims.
BYD Dolphin is the first model of e-platform 3.0, positioned as a small pure electric vehicle. The Dolphin has a cute and round appearance. It adopts a design with short front overhang, short rear overhang and long wheelbase. Its wheelbase reaches 2700mm, ensuring a spacious seating space in the car.
In terms of interior, the new car retains the design of the original car and is equipped with a 12.8-inch adaptive rotating suspension. Pad, equipped with DiLink 3.0 intelligent network connection system.
In terms of power, Dolphin is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor with a maximum power of 70kW and a peak torque of 180N·m; while the high-performance Knight Edition drives The maximum power of the motor is 130kW and the peak torque is 290N·m.
In terms of battery life, depending on the model version, the new car is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate blade battery with a capacity of 30.7kWh or 44.9kWh. The NEDC cruising range is available at 301km, 401km and 405km.
